We have tree debris all over the place and will assess more later this morning. What I thought was big hail was hundreds of hickory hulls hitting the house around 2am this morning. Saw it was headed due east along 28 and beyond Blanchester so I thought a few texts and a call was in order.

That last strong storm we had a week or so ago snapped two large hickory tops off that lodged in other nearby hickory. Tonight it was cracking and snapping and lurching some. It might be coming down tonight.

We had a partial power outage. Must have lost a leg, some lights and outlets would work some wouldn’t. Checked and the working outlet only had about 75 volts. i unplugged or threw the breakers on anything with a motor (fridge, freezer, pumps) to be safe. I’d never had this type of outage before. About 10 we lost all power so I figured they were working on it and about 45 minutes it was back on
we were the south edge of the worst storm, only got .3” and 30 mph winds. A friend in northern trumbull co got 3” last night for a total of 7” this week
