Is she home to work with a puppy? Two youngsters at home is a lot. Three dogs is a lot. I guess it comes down to whether you have the time to commit to another puppy and room for another. Tough call. They sure are cute, but in another 6-9mo they are eating a lot and pooping a lot. In the meantime, they are a lot of work.

The way I see it is that it won't be the last cute puppy that those two sire. You may have more time down the road to better train a dog.

Wait til those ankle snappers (you can tell her I said that) bite the dust and the kids are a little older. They won't remember having a puppy at this age anyways. Take one from the next litter or two down the line.
