Are you guys thinking that deer is looking away? I think the deer is looking at the cam and those spots are eyes. Peds are in front of the ears. If looking away you wouldn't be able to see them. If looking at us with head tilted up, you would see them either.

Well, this is the earliest I've ever documented a shed buck by a good 4-5 weeks. He dropped the left side in the last 48 hours.

I saw a buck less than a mile from the house yesterday that had dropped one side. We turned around and went back to confirm lol

Helped a buddy track yesterday evening. When the buck crashed both sides popped off. He did have a wound on his hoof and had a limp which could have caused the early drop.
