Maiden voyage is underway. Short trip from home to dry run things.
I'm trying to lock this lot down. It's 30 minutes from the house, 15 from the farm and a short boat ride from my dad's. In my day job, I'm trying to buy the property across the way. We'd have a private boat launch on that side if we do. To top it off, my wife's grandparents used to bring her to this lot when she was a kid. Only been here an hour and I'm trying to put a deposit down 
Camper for the win over tents! Rain started at 3AM. Woke up at 9, was on the road at 9:30. No tents to dry out and really, very little work to do once we get home. The only issue was the water usage and filling up the grey tank in 2 days time. I'll remedy that with one of the portable tanks. Other than that, it was pretty smooth sailing.
Thought about you this morning while I was driving home from Norris lake. We hit a monster rain storm, drove through it for about 90 minutes. Wife said it was pouring rain at home too

You can minimize that tank usage a bunch by prepping things like food. Have them ready to cook. Wash hands and such with those blue tanks you already have. You'll get it figured out

No way! Them girls gotta have fun and enjoy all this. I'd rather him go with his original plan of an extra portable tank.
Thoughts on these? I know someone referenced them earlier in the thread and they were recommended by a buddy this weekend.
I don't have them. Yet. Couldn't hurt that's for sure. I did get these installed tho.
