Hang in there guys! Thinking of you all. Hope the rough spots fade away or become more bearable.

I have my first sinus cold of the year. It's been about a year since I've had to deal with this crap. Anyone else dealing with it now? My wife came down with it first then 3-4 days later I get it. Just a little speed bump compared to what y'all are dealing with.

Got a "so this just happened" text from the wife at 6:58 this morning. My mount from 2011 fell off the wall this morning! It landed on the gun safe knockin a bunch of stuff to the ground. She says the mount appears fine, but it did break a deadhead that was on top of the safe.

Damn, that sucks.... Buddies did the same over the summer, it bounced off his wife’s head.... Stitches involved....

Well, all good things come to an end... Phone won’t access cell data anymore only works on WiFi.... Been screwing with it for a couple days and today I hit my limit with it.... Heading to get a new phone for the wife and I. Hers won’t last an hour before dying and we’ve had these for over 3years so I guess we got our monies worth....
Hate this process but WTH ya going to do if you want to stay connected....

So if you haven’t heard from me for a while the process got worse then I thought lmao....

I started getting sick on November 6th. Sinus infection to bronchitis to strep, with a fungal infection on my tongue in the mix to. Multiple days with a 101+ fever. Nasty dry cough some days, nasty croup cough others. 5 gallons of snot and phlegm. Didn't start antibiotics until last Wednesday. Today is the most normal I've felt in almost a month. It's also Day 10 with no alcohol which is the longest I've been in 15 years. As someone who grew up with alcoholics on both sides of the family, I've always been aware of the risks of drinking fairly routinely, which is why I often take a 2-5 days off, but 10 days is a long time for someone who truly enjoys the taste of good beer. Thankful to feeling healthy again and I'm looking forward to a cold one tomorrow night!

I've been fighting off sickness for the last couple weeks. Sinus congestion, phlegm, headaches, sore throat... So far I've been able to keep it manageable. I hope that continues. There's a lot of nasty shit going around right now.

I think it's all that healthy eating. My body is used to fighting off all the junk from taco Bell and McDonald's therefore it is stronger lol.

Well poop. Twisted the frame on my skid steer mounted log splitter. Poor timing. Things appear to be offering a lull in the action. I may actually have time to use it. NOT cool! 6x6" tube. Twisted. Appears as if the wedge is bent as well. Unbelievable!

Phil. Do you think a car frame straightener might work some magic on it?. My fil has one and If the damn thing can straighten old Chevelle frames it might work on that.

Maybe. Might not be as bad as I think. The wedge slides and splits going both ways. It is possible there is something inside the tube making it look worse than it is. It DOES appear as if the tubing is tweaked a bit though. I have a voicemail and email into the manufacturer to see what they have to say.

To make matters worse: Last night my meat grinder started wobbling. Electric motor cranks fine. Thought a bearing internally might be starting to go. Then I saw some grease come out. Shut it down. Ran out last night to find another one. Everyone but Kohls was closed already. I remembered seeing an attachment for the Kitchenaid mixer when shopping for the wife over the weekend. So I slid in and bought an attachment for the wife's mixer. Tonight I was proceeding with grinding. My son was grinding while I was cleaning. I hear a gosh awful sound and shut it down. Looks like the internal gears are stripped. Now I need to buy another meat grinder AND figure out what is wrong with her mixer. Those are high dollar mixers. Hopefully Kitchenaid will help me out. It is only 3-5yrs old and sits most of the time.

Don't lend me anything guys. I'll be sure to tear it up at the rate i am going. lmao

In all seriousness though, while this is frustrating these problems pale in comparison to others. Just seems like sometimes crap all hits you at once.
