The TOO dump thread

Fun times. I've got IV antibiotics going in. This is that damned finger I had pinned. I had to get my ring cut off.

Thanks guys. It looks to be responding to the antibiotics, but slowly. On the upside the food is very good here.
 
Planned on shooting my grandpa's Rossi .357 tomorrow at a doe for the last day of gun season. Bought a new box of Hornady Leverevolution 357 mag and went to try it out. Shot one round and could not get a second to chamber, was getting stuck halfway in. Just got back from working, looked in with a flashlight and there is half a brass case lodged in the chamber. Well the one thing I can say is I am glad this year is just about over.
Just got back from Georgia. Grandpa passed away.
He was 88 and married for 70 years. He led a great life.
It was on his land that I started hunting and fishing.
I will always carry the memories of chasing squirrels, sitting on a 5 gallon bucket shooting dove, seeing my first deer in the woods, and hooking that first channel cat.

Give Connor a big hug. I am sure that you, dad, and Connor will be sharing hunting stories until I get there.

Sounds like wonderful memories Jon. I am jealous. Never had a Grandpa I really knew. Be thankful for what you had. (As I am sure you are.) Sorry to hear of your loss.
