Yep. I did that earlier in the year on the second biggest I saw all year. Arrow landed 10 feet from him sticking straight out of the ground. Got a cushion for my chair and never got another shot, lol.

Took a buddy of mine and Rons tonight out for a last chance meat deer. He shot this doe this evening.

I had all of those deer (maybe 40) pile into the standing bean field, but they held up at 60 yards. Awesome hunt. BTW, zero antlered deer.

Had 8 come through at sunset.had a shot at one of them, but I wasn't sure if it was a doe or a shed buck.

Try again next year.
