Counted 24 antlerless out in the alfalfa this evening. I think it's safe to say I can take one out.

Just getting an inventory, I'm not shooting anything until it gets colder. Except Stroud's, does are not safe at Stroud's.
I saw nothing but had a horned owl close by at 7 and cranes missing around. Still enjoyed myself!!! Jumped something big along the stretch of creek 75 yards up stream of me as I headed towards my truck. Too dark to tell what it was.
Taking the night off and getting stuff for the gathering, here's hoping all that made it out have a little luck.... Be safe, shoot straight....

Beautiful views though and that looks like an awesome funnel between the lake and the RR tracks.
I thought this funnel would be the ticket. Just was hoping to see something move through....

Did a panorama of my setup. Starting at the left is directly behind me, and the right side of the picture is to my direct right. Behind me are 2 shelves, both within 30 yards and have great deer sign. In front of me, there's a logging road coming from my right, and one coming off the hill. So I have 2 shelves, and 2 logging roads that all meet each other 3p yards away to my left. Beyond where they all meet is a thick ridge with great bedding areas.
