I rarely think to take a pic from this angle looking back towards the house. This cool weather has been great and the 3rd week of every month is the craziest for me with work, so sneaking out here after 12+ hour days of challenging my brain is good for my mental health! I'm committed to keeping this thing is tip-top shape this year and we're off to a solid start.

Lol, heard that loud n clear! Looking great Jesse!

I just spent 20mins decompressing by hitting everything with neem oil, 2oz/gal, the strongest mix to kick caterpillars starting on the brocolli leaves and small holes on the peppers just now. That high water we had created a beautiful insect pond lol.

The Feb. broccoli is starting to head, the Feb. peppers are starting to produce, the May cucumbers are taking off after transplant, and a few 1wk. direct sown pole beans have sprouted.

There's corn on the south end thsts starting to poke thru and 5 mounds of watermelons and pumpkins, and a 18ct. row of Atlantic Gigantic Pumpkins directly sown this past Saturday. Here's one of those Gigantic pumpkin breed seeds that is only 4 days old lol.

Couple May tomatoes and cucumbers should be ready to go in 2-3 wks, along with another 2-3 rounds of corn plantings.

we've had so much rain that we couldn't get into the garden for almost two weeks. all of the plants are doing well except for half of our peppers that were dug up by something. weeds so bad that the garden looked like the lawn. Nancy been busting her ass out there for the last few days to get it under control. putting planters paper mulch down now to keep the weeds at bay. Glad I have houses to paint. I hate weeding. Been eating lettuce and radishes for two or three weeks now. Asparagus did well this spring, providing us with a dozen meals over the last month or so, but we're letting it go to seed now. I'll have peas in a couple of weeks.

The Feb broccoli turned out really well and is maturing quick with these hot temps. Cut 4 heads last week...soaked, blanched, froze, vacuum sealed. The neem oil applications helped and kept the worms to a minimum.

Last round of seedlings are set to be in the ground in 2wks, which rounds out the plantings.
