Exactly. I didn't mean to imply that if its tagged an accident there was no negligence, not at all. I was just making the point that there just seems to be way too many incidents of the type of scenarios I mentioned.
We were talking about this exact thing at work today. It makes you wish that there was a way that people could be made to take animal specific hunting safety classes. Where you would get "certified" ,for lack of a better word, to hunt specific animals in a safe and ethical way.i don't know how something like this would be accomplished but just my .02 in an effort to possibly decrease the number of accidents.
