Turkey trip

Im going to Tennessee this weekend for a three day hunt. A friend of mine has a 150 acre farm in the hollers. I talked to him the other day and he said there is about twenty toms running around. I can believe it went deer hunting down there two years ago and there was turkeys everywhere. Im going to need my hiking boots it is straight up down there. Should be a good time the weather is going to be perfect. Got my gun camouflaged all up just need to shot it. Got a new choke for it and a new type of shells they are 3" #4 copper plated. Hoping they work well. Well keep you updated on the trip.

Today was crazy heard like ten toms and seen hens everywhere. Was able to get two toms. They where both 25lbs and had 10.5 inch beards. Can't wait till tomorrow morning.
