Fishing was a little tough this morning with the cold temps. I forgot to spray my rod and reel so I faught ice build up all morning. I ended up getting my 4 but it took till 11:30.

Heard of a few here and there. Aint seen none yet. Im still slamming the walleye though. 1 hour limits every day now

Took a drive to bass pro and stopped at white street, Schroeder farms, and buttonwood. The ice and damage is incredible. Access to some historically good spots is going to be limited to say the least. The amount of ice everywhere is worse than I have ever seen and it is not going to go anywhere anytime soon. This walleye run is going to be a challenge!

The damage is unreal. Similar to the ice bust from a few years ago. Honestly though, I hope they don't get it cleaned up in time for the run. I wouldn't mind some shoulder room....
Walleye run is canceled this year. They decided to only spawn on the lake.

Jeez . Everybody knows all those river fish are just getting flossed or snagged anyway.

River is still a mess, but she's clearing up . I drove around all the access sites yesterday after work, they did manage to get several of them open. Parking is still going to be an issue the way it stands right now. Particularly lower water levels. BG and BW got rocked pretty hard. I should be flossing some eyes in the next week or so. Just need some rain now..(can't believe I even said that).
