enjoying a cold one where i hang and butcher my deer and hogs. Im cleaning/gutting out my garage as this will be 3 kids bedrooms, utility closet and a woodstove/rec area b4 long. Ill get one more season out of it. Keeping a industrial cooler, cutting table and deep freezer everything else im storing elsewhere. May not have a good spot for it next season but i might be the most prepared ive been to butcher in 20 years....i cant believe how much stuff a person can have. Thank goodness i dont have a barn...
