How about any Chevy truck with those stupid low profile tires? Almost guaranteed to be a 10-25yr old kid with tinted windows and stickers in the back window. I think they have overtaken the big tow mirror guys. For the record, I have those tow mirrors out all the time. 
. In all fairness, I rarely drive my dually without a trailer. And . . . .it's a dually. Mirrors are mo further out than the fender flares.

At least you guys don't have to deal with golf carts on the road. They're legal in town here on all roads that are 25mph or less. They're a huge pain in the ass with people going 15mph and rubber necking at everything.
Most of the time (when I cross paths with an asshole driver) this is hanging off the mirror as well….
