Burnt ends, deep fried coconut salmon, blacken halibut was the main menu...I didn’t get enough pics.
The wife has a big family shindig on the side I enjoy hanging with. I agreed to bring smoked wings as her 5 uncles all love good smoked food. These should go over well! Brined overnight, Memphis dry rub, smoked over hickory and hardwood charcoal. Sauce at your leisure.

My wife and I celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary...it’s not officially until Monday but that’s a work night so we went out for dinner today. Chicken nachos, crab cakes and scallops.....also red wine and beer. Great views at the lake house.
