We smoked a 7 pound pork shoulder for 10 hours and shredded it.
Had a good baked Italian meal paired with fruit loops for dessert.
Lol, I’m having creamsicle pie...

Had some friends fishing offshore, called me up to come get some red snapper filets.
Another buddy w a giant garden said come get some vegetables. Picked up eggplant, zucchini and 2 five gallon buckets of tomato to make salsa.
I blackened the filets while the wife made a shrimp and cream sauce. Side dish was eggplant and shrimp casserole, yard long green beans w deer sausage.

Weekly deer steaks in olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning, bubba burger (added cooper sharp cheese before removing from grill) and asparagus w/ butter and lemon juice wrapped in foil. Wife also made some brown rice.
Some low country boil this evening... Man it was tasty.... Been a while since we’ve made it and was a good day for it...

Went to the casino for all you can eat buffet (dungeoness crabs). Line was long....real long so the wife stood in line and me and Dj sat down to play some blackjack. I gotten for a 100 and dj won 125. Waited about15 minutes in line and ate like kings. No pics but it did happen.
