It did. Then I added hot sauce & it was all the better. As often as you point out these recipes that I follow, you're my new birdog.

Ha! Ha!!!!! Every so often I run across what looks like a good one. That one really looked good to me.

Finally stuffed some jalapeno's with a cheese mixture and into chicken breast wrapped in bacon the other day. Of course I'm one of those guys and didn't take a picture. Man that was some good eating.

Holy smokes(pun intended) guys! Y’all kickin ass since I’ve been over here! Damn good looking grub fellas...😜

I smoked my first slabs of ribs this morning and gotta say they turned out great! Did the 3-2-1 method.

Rubbed down slabs yesterday and let sit in fridge till 9am. Smoked uncovered for 3 hours at 250. Then sprayed apple cider vinegar on both sides then slathered on brown sugar, mustard, honey mixture on both sides and poured 1/3 call of beer(Corona Light) inside each individually wrapped slab and smoked another 2 hours. They were ready then as it was difficult removing them from foil back into smoker without them falling apart. Actually lost one that my wife and I taste tested and devoured in minutes. Lol
Anywho, smoked the other two 1 more hour with some Sweet Baby Rays sauce. They turned out mighty fine!😜
