squirritios. one of the many uses for canned squirrel. with pepperoncini, jalapeno, and jalafuego peppers, and we are still getting fresh tomatoes from the garden, too.

I’ve got fish on the menu myself! Walleye with some seasoning salt, garlic powder, splash of lemon juice and some butter.
Plucked some more brussel sprouts from tbe garden and sauteed them and some hen of the woods i found today in some olive oil and butter

Had some delicious garfish for supper last night. Had some great help in the kitchen as well. For anyone thats never had gar it is some fine eating!!!
Most of our gar fish come from the Ohio River.... I’ll fish it, but I won’t eat anything out of it

I hear that. Every lake down this way is littered with gar and we have very little pollution down here minus the gang banger bodies that get dumped in the oconee river.Most of our gar fish come from the Ohio River.... I’ll fish it, but I won’t eat anything out of it
