We ate pretty much entirely off the grill tonight, with the exception of the biscuits. Cut up some red potatoes, mushrooms, and onion and made us some grill packs. Buttered the aluminum foil, tossed it all in there with a couple dollops of butter and some secret grilling spice and sealed her up good and tight. Then put em on the grill for 25-30 minutes. Marinated the pork chops in Italian dressing overnight and tossed them babies on the grill after the packs had cooked about twenty minutes. Topped the chops off with some Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce and a nice tall glass of lemonade to wash it all down. Another good thing was we got to eat out on the deck TOO! Yummy!

Seasoned strap on the grill. Along with a side of corn and foil packet of ramps, sausage butter and seasonings. Went out for shrooms too, but couldn't find any ready.

Tonight it's pork loin with a rub and marinated chicken breasts. Gave the chicken a good rub down then soaked them in Italian dressing for about 6 hours.
Smells damn good!:pickle:

Forgot the pic! Lmao

Man, you guys are putting out some good grub!

I had to settle for an 18 oz. ribeye at longhorn steak house. It was delicious, but nothing like doing your own on your own grill at home! Great job fellas.

Man, that looks scrumptious Ric! I love that grilled food. Probably one of my favorite things about summer.
