A wild turkey breast in some MeatChurch BBQ Honey Hog dry rub and Argentinean red shrimp in a homemade cilantro lime marinade. After the first skewer of shrimp, I knew what needed to happen. Hot tortilla with crema, shrimp, brisket I tossed in a barbacoa-style sauce, red onion, fresh cilantro, and some Tapatío for good measure. Best damn burrito I've had this side of I-70. Even @giles would approve.
