What's For Dinner?

Marinara Meatballs, Bowties and Cheese. Shrimp Cocktails for a warmup.
 
Trimmed about a pound of suet off this 14 pound slab of goodness then rubbed it down with PS Cracked Peppercorn and Texas BBQ rub and sprayed down with my mop sauce and have it marinating in fridge till putting on the Trag in the morning.

At 8 hours and just before triple wrapping in foil for another 2 hours on smoker.
