Tonight’s grub: Ribbies(reversed seared)and mac&cheese. Vowed to lay off the hops for 2 weeks! Boy is this going to be rough…🙄🤣

Here are 3 bone in skin on chicken thighs I also slow smoked on the Treag then baked at 400 basted in butter and covered with foil. I’ll reheat in Ninja at high heat to crisp up when we eat them this weekend.🤗
