It's that time again ! TOOnight I'm fixin up boneless country style ribs in a new smokey ( hopefully) flavored sauce. I marinated the meat in Coke to get 'em tenderized all the more.....

It's not for dinner but it was pretty darn good if I do say so myself. Scrambled eggs with hit dogs and jalapenos and washed it down with a Mickey Ds sweet tea. Yummy.
Dove breast wrapped with bacon, water chestnut in the middle, grilled with some bbq sauce.
Dove breast wrapped with bacon, stuffed with blue cheese crumbles, grilled with FS's hot sauce mix.
Stuffed peppers

I had some stuffed wax peppers the other day and they were awesome so I decided to try making them myself, with just a little twist. I got the stuffing all stirred up and the recipe said this would make enough to stuff 12 average size wax peppers. Well I cleaned a dozen wax peppers I picked from my garden and stuffed them. I had a lot of stuffing left over so I went back to the garden and picked a dozen jalapenos, cleaned them and stuffed them TOO. The twist is the ones I had the other day were just baked on a cookie sheet. I baked mine in a casserole dish and covered them with homemade spaghetti sauce and then topped that with four cheese blend. The wax peppers were awesome but the jalapenos were frigging delicious, if I do say do myself.

Don, I sent you a pm from my phone today. I don't know if you got it, but QVC was featuring that smoker I told you about IN ACTION. If nothing else, it's just mouth watering TOO watch .
Don't go overboard there buddy, I've been known to shoot myself in the foot with some of my cooking. lol
