Yep. Fresh homemade sausage. Fired roasted onions and garlic. The whole pizza is cooked in a 700 degree wood fired oven. A guy I went to school with opened this place up and the food is amazing. True foody stuff.

The pizza pies look awesome Huck and Jesse!

These were very tasty this evening! The peppers coming out of my garden made it more special TOO!

Picked this huge beef steak this evening and can't wait to cut it up and devour it! I've prolly eaten 20+ already...

Good looking grub, Bro!

I fed the family tonight. Fresh sweet corn out of the garden and BLT's with fresh maters TOO! Sorry, for no pics. It was all gone in minutes! Lol.

I could get all up in either one of those pizzas fellas!

Dang you sure do eat good Ric. Those peppers are looking frigging awesome.

There are people who don't care for those beefsteak tomatoes because they're not "pretty". FUGG that! Slice what ya can and chunk the rest and salt and pepper to taste. Yum yum!

Thanks guys! I actually didn't plant any beef steaks this year as the place I normally get them sold out. That is a beef master and are just as good if not better! Very meaty and juicy loaded with flavor.

Lol.... I've been wanting TOO do these for the past three days, but obligations got in the way. Hell, I had the peppers & sauce prepared yesterday. I haven't done these before, so I didn't know how long it may take. The aroma is just killing me. I'm doing these at Strouds :smiley_cooking: ..... along with my ABTs - atomic buffalo turds. Jalepenos stuffed with sausage & cream chesse, wrapped in bacon :):)

Dang those peppers look awesome. What's with the "special sauce"? Does that mean top secret or special because it was your mom or somebody close to yous recipe? Ya gotta explain what's up with that.
The wife made taco salad tonight with tomatoes and cucumbers from my garden, lettuce from dads garden mixed with a little bagged lettuce and some of Rics hot sauce on mine and an ice cold sassparilla to wash it down. Yummy.
