My first attempt at lasagna was a big success! Forgot to snap any pics, but damn if was tasty and filling! Followed it up with vanilla bean ice scream spooned over a cheesecake swirl fudge brownie. Washing it all down with a Sam Adams Blackberry Witbier. I'm one happy dude right now!
