So, what naturally follows taco Tuesday? Yes, it is waffle Wednesday and it is now a “thing” here, anyway.
Southwest waffles with hot mango chutney butter topped with a couple of eggs over medium, cheddar cheese, and burnt ends for a side dish. Woodford Reserve in a special glass is a most appropriate pairing.
