We did up some flathead belly’s at Blakes camp this evening.
I made brunch for mom and our girls and their men.
Sausage gravy, biscuits,scrambled eggs, French toast and bacon.

BBQ Pit Boys invited me to be their next spokesman. It's gooooood !
Pit Tip .... stick a onion inside your smoker & let its juices drip down. The aroma is amazing. The whole neighborhood will smell it ......

Chicken breasts off the Ninji tonight and mac&cheese compliments Bob Evans and GE profile microwave. Lol
Grilled salmon with an Asian slant (marinade with soy sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, rpf), Rosemary rice, avocado w/fresh lemon.
Better get that old stock moved out. The season is coming!
Before I die I will go to Newfoundland and fly fish the salmon run. Wild caught Atlantic salmon very hard to come by.
Babysitting two pork butts is rough but I’m making the most of it thanks to Old Grandad 114, Yueng light and SH almonds and Kirkland praline cashews…..
WHAT A GORGEOUS DAY TO PLAY AND LOAF.
Out of Whomp sauce so I picked up these two Traeger sauces to baste after internal temps reach 180. Been holding smoker steady at 225 since 9am. Gonna crank up to 275 at 180 internal temp like Matt Pittman suggests.
Just spritzed with apple cider vinegar for the 6th time. Internal temp at 170. Smelling pretty dang nice……….
