What's For Dinner?

Chicken cordon bleu using smoked Gouda in one and pepper jack in the other. Lightly dusted with bread crumbs and parm/romano cheese. Roasted broccoli tossed in S&P, EVOO and red pepper flakes. Sweet taters with a drizzle of butter and maple syrup. I'm one full dude!

Seriously Tom, that's a great looking dish and drink combo! We usually have Tex Mex once a week. I like mixing in a can of refried beans with my taco/burrito meat mixture and mix it up good then using in burritos or smearing on some chips,sprinkle on some shredded cheese with jalapeño slices then under the broiler for a few for nachos....:pickle:

Some cool guac and sour cream on the side along with some Mikes Hard lemonade or Corona and its "dig in" time!:smiley_coolpeace:

Deer burgs over the fire with a good buddy, don't get much better!

Last night was grilled Colorado Elk burgers, bella mushrooms, zukes, squash with a couple of cold ones. Mmm good.
