My favorite is to have an assortment to keep me thinking. Everything is pretty much cruise control.

I get the biggest reaction to brisket still.

That looks delicious Tom! Brisket is not something I've mastered.

I did mess with some beef today and grilled a London Broil. I based the marinade on garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and balsamic vinegar.

You have to slice flank thin to win.

We both thought it was killer!
