3.5 deer last season and I have very little meat other then ground left with just the wife and I.... Maybe 20lbs of ground left and one doe was completely ground op...

Called my butcher, told him I wanted some fat ass Ribeye 1.5 inches thick. He talked me into an entire Ribeye cut to size. Realized last night he threw in four new york strips with it. Not proud of this one, needed to come off five minutes sooner, but still tasty.
