Surely there's gotta be some TASTY food being prepared right now!

I'm about to witness the miracle of bacon becoming one with backstrap. Slow and low on the grill baby!

Denkliscious!

Tuxedo strawberries! One of my specialties. A true 'panty melter'. Lmao. Looks delicious and is a VERY EASY Valentine's Day suprise for the wife! Guaranteed success!

That looks mighty tasty! The wife made a brisket last night in an hour and twenty minutes...this new pressure cooker thing is a game changer!
We enjoy our pressure cooker also. It does help with time but you definitely lose on depth of flavors created (or maybe it's just user error) over the same dish in a slow cooker, oven, etc.

I agree...but to have a brisket this time of year, on a Friday night...close enough for my taste buds! Lol

We were given some pheasant from our daughters boyfriend and the wife saw this BBQ sauce at a local market and figured it'd be a good mix with it....

Pressure cooker for 20 minutes then into the oven with the sauce for 3 minutes per side @450....

Had to be the best pheasant I've had to date.... Sorry no pictures but man it was tasty....
