What's For Dinner?

Made a potato pickle soup for dinner, basically a potato soup with dill pickles added as well as pickle juice... It was better than I thought it was going too be, a little thicker then I thought it would be, tried too thin it out with not much luck lol....
Not a fan, but it actually turned out better then I thought.... thanks, turd burglar....

I did get a set of new wheels for the garage, driveway at Christmas. First time use, sliced sirloin, fried rice & onions / mushrooms ...

Wife bought a pressure cooker back on Black Friday and we put it up and figured we'd play with it after the holidays, well it's after the holidays and a chuck roast was cooked in it.... 1 1/2 hours and it came out awesome.... One of the best we've ever had.... It's going to get used some more here shortly lol
Thanks guys. I'm always looking for a new way to cook. I bought it myself. I buy all my own . She'd never know what to get me, or at least she'd get mad ...lol. Ebay is where I buy most my stuff. I'm picking up some welding stuff now to learn, with hopes of building a smoker or fire pit of some sort in the future. She'll be thrilled.
