Smoked 2 pork butts today on the offset with apple/hickory smoke rolling over em for 5 hours of the 10 hour period. Smells unbelievable and can’t wait to get my first taste.
I really tried them at a TOO event and even had seconds to give them my honest most sincere try and afterwards figured there was so much more better tablefare sitting all around me to eat. I guess it’s a southern thing and even they probably have those that would rather push turds with something else.
