French onion Venison Salisbury steak served on garlic butter, Parmigiano Reggiano, Swiss, and Gruyere cheese toasts. This is one of the best dishes I know how to cook, and I have not made it in years, which is really stupid of me.

Thick ribeyes and fry’s tonight with extra special dessert to follow afterwards. Empty bourbon bottles came in handy. Fresh syrup over low fat ice cream was slappin’ as my girls would say. Lol

Air fryer back straps with Mexican spices/ onion, pepper and tomato salsa. Sinful. That air fryer is my favorite way to cook rn.

I had it on the bake setting (350-400) for 10 minutes and the air fry setting (400-450) for 4 minutes. Absolutely decadent. I rubbed then in my barbacoa blend and olive oil.
Ribeye ,shrooms, green beans & asparagus . We had a baked potatoe with our steak last night ...
And I was catching hell from some folks for air frying ribbies.
Cast iron and air frying are both great fast easy ways to cook delicious hunks of steak without a lot of mess and prep, IMO.
