What's For Dinner?

Green onions / garlic I guess would be the best way to describe it. There very spicy when raw but tend to keep the flavor but loose spice as there cooked.

Keeping the theme going here at work. Ramps and potato soup.

Had a grill full of venison from the deer my son shot this year last night. Man that was good stuff and the best part is, I have lunch for a couple of days too!! :pickle:

That looks awesome Beener.

We have been trying really hard to eat healthy and I tried something new on the grill tonight.
Ground turkey burgers stuffed with artichokes, spinach and a tiny bit of feta cheese. We topped the burgers with fresh bruschetta and had hashbrowns and baked beans for our sides.

I didn't take any pictures last night, but I put on a hell of a feed for both our families last night. I did BBQ'd chicken on the grill over hickory chips and it was some of the best chicken I've ever made. Paired it with spicy grilled shrimp, balsamic glazed carrots, yukon gold taters with butter/garlic/fresh parsley and corn on the cob. Lots of biscuits TOO! One of the better feeds I've done.
