breakfast for dinner tonight. local eggs, over medium with a little chive garnish action, home made breakfast sausage, and (fuck to the yes) some sautéed Chanterelles that I found today. toast, vodka and tonic to make it complete. and well balanced.

The wife cooked chicken and deer sausage gumbo w okra yesterday....mmmmm. Today she is making stuffed bell peppers with skrimps and breadcrumbs. Good to be a bayou boy. Pics to come later.
