Flank steak off a fresh beef i killed this morning. Sure was good.
Nostalgic meal for my wife and I. What I'd call a "picnic" dinner. Not our typical dinner, but making use of stockpiled, easy to gather ingredients.

Turkey Breast and ribs just hit the smoker over sugar maple.

Got eggs to eat! Local bacon and homemade sourdough from my buddy's restaurant. And I make the best fried taters this side of the Mississippi. Bob Evans couldn't carry this plate...
