Wife wanted deer steak so that’s what she got. 8ish hour marinade, threw it on the cast with some onions. Side of cauliflower, broccoli and broccoli cheddar noodles.

Ribeye and sweet tator, garlic bread.
This weekend's project. Pork belly ribs. Spare ribs with bacon meat included. Sliced into three different sizes so we can gauge which size works best.
Just hammered down some red snapper and deep fried ochre.
Is that in the same family as ocra? Asking for a friend.
No, it is not. Ochre is rusty reddish orangish in color. Okra is green.
I may have been a bit tired and intoxicated. It was a long couple of days. Gonna try orchid today.

Oysters from the market and blackened almaco jack that we caught. For sides we had bacon wrapped asparagus and roasted broccoli. Fantastic!
