I m also doing ribs, but I made up a batch of my own sauce. I'm using it as a mop, so either or........I implore this to be tried...it's a vinegar base sauce & I doubled it. Tbe cayenne was a bit much, so I added apple juice & apple cider vinegar. I used reg white vinegar to begin with .....

That looks very much like the recipe I used for sauce on pulled pork a couple of weeks ago. Vinegar based sauce is awesome.

Never done walleye on the smoker. Tried it a couple different ways tonight. Not disappointed!
