Low carb pasta. 7 grams net carbs per serving. Honesty, surprisingly, it is excellent quality pasta. I got some zero net carbs spaghetti from same company. Ground pork rinds in place of Panko for the topping.
Backstrap, covered in Bearded Butcher Butter Blend seasoning (highly recommend all of their seasonings, OH based), thrown in the cast with a stick of butter. Green beans, fresh bacon bits and Parmesan on the side.
