What's good TOO?

Whats GOOD TOO? Coming home on Friday night after a hard weeks work! Knowing that Monday is two days away and spending time with my family and hitting the woods for some R and R!

Finished up the bulk majority of my firewood splitting this morning. I have more than enough for the year and I am working on next year's supply. I probably split close to two months worth of firewood last night and this morning. It is a good feeling. Hoping to get out and cut some more of the downed trees next week when the temperatures are frigid.
 
Yeah Hicks! When I was cutting firewood, it was gratifying to see it pile up. It's hard work, but I always enjoyed doing it. Glad for you and it is great TOO see your caught up and have a head start on next year. That will prolly give you more time in the tree stand come Fall. Lol. Enjoy!
 
Just got back in from seeing the Nuclear Cowboyz. This is basically the Metal Mulisha and some of their buddies doing crazy stuff on motorcycles. Watched two trials motorcycle riders (one being Geoff Aaron 6 or 7 consecutive US Trials titles). Watched guys doing backflips on quads. That was insane! We also witnessed more backflips and crazy stunts than I would have ever imagined in a 2 hour time period. For the grand finale, there were 3 bikes side by side by side doing backflips next to each other. They were followed by 3 more, and then 3 more, and then 3 more. Yep. 4 jumps, back to back to back to back with 3 riders hitting the ramp at the same time. After this series of jumps, they had to widen the entry ramp and 4 riders did a backflip off the ramp simultaneously. It was unreal! There were also plenty of scantily clad women dancing throughout the show with pyrotechnics, lazers, and such. It was almost like a rock show. Truth be told, the motorcycles were so insane you barely noticed the ladies. Let's face it, any skank can dance a pole, but not too many can backflip a motorcycle or quad. lmao

Thank you to my lovely wife for buying these tickets for the family for a Christmas present! I think she liked it as much as the boys. Normally not her thing, but these guys were impressive as heck!
 
Just got a text from my neighbor who I gave permission to trap at our farm. I was out there Sunday and staked out a deer carcass, then fixed one of his traps near the main trail leading to the carcass. This morning we had a 28 pound female in the trap! That's TOO good!!!

I'm taking every chance I have to stock up on ammo regardless of the weapon and use. Today's haul included Remington 17 HMR, 3" HyperSonic Steel 2s, 3" Nitro Turkey 4s, 2 3/4 00Buck, and some Federal Hi-Brass 6s. Warning to all squirrels, whistle pigs, ducks, geese, turkeys, rabbits, yotes, intruders and zombies: I'm ready for you!!!
 
Dang. It has been a busy few days. I think I might get a full night's rest tonight. When winter is here, busy is good. I like it!
 
I got a night away from all responsibilities last night. No dogs, no kids, no wood stove. Just me and Rick. It was greatly needed! :smiley_coolpeace:

He'll yeah man. Sounds like a he'll of a grill that you'll have for a long time!

Me and the chick had a very productive day yesterday and are just abbot fully moved into our new house. What a pain in the ass! The good is that it's something I may never have to do again! It's time to have some kind of party and break this biotch in!
