What's good TOO?

Got into the bed last night by myself! the wife didnt have to pick the leg up for me, getting around the house good with the walker . The physical therapist that has been coming to the house daily said I'm doing great and figures when I go to the Dr. Tuesday for my 2 week check up that he will move me from my walker to a cane. Sure hope he does!!! this walker is a pain in the arse!!!

Get a sweet ass cane...something like a shotgun barrel or a hidden sword...just sayin
 
I bought a new pair of Carhartt bibs last week and wore them yesterday morning to break 'em in a little bit. I was shoveling a widow's driveway out and stopped by Menard's to pick up a cheap shovel. I walked into the Garden Center to check out their tree stands on sale. No one was around and I was feelin a little beer/brat/something twinge...

HOLY CRAP. I'm not lying to you, I almost had to take my bibs off. One of my best farts EVER...the whole garden center spelled like rotten eggs...and I swear that stuff lingered in my bibs for about 10 minutes...

I was proud...

What's good? I have some field work that is taking me up by my waterfowl spot. Guess who is taking a few hours of vacation in the morning to enjoy one last impromptu hunt?!? :smiley_clap:

Finished in the money in poker last night! Thats always good, but it was a bitter sweet night.

My buddy who has been hosting the game for the last 3 years is leavin town for a while to address some pretty extreme issues he's been dealing with that need to be resolved.

The good news is he's doing it!!!

The ironic thing is the fuggar won it all last night!
 
The Dr. appointment went great today!!!!!! I am now walking with a cane, will finish out the week with home therapy and start out patient therapy next week!!! He said everything is lookin good and that I am ahead of schedule, he did warn me not to over do it though, I told him I am only doing what him and the therapist are telling me to do. He said if things go the way they are now I should be back to work in 8 weeks
