What's good TOO?

Sounds very enjoyable Jesse. Have a good time.

Put a "For Rent" sign in front of a house we closed on last Thursday. Got a dozen calls today. Other than the constant phone calls making it tough to get anything done today (which I am not complaining about), that made for a pretty good day. Whenever we buy a new house and set the rent, we are always a little nervous. Never know if you set the rent too high or not until you list it. Looks like we are right where we need to be if not maybe a tad low.
 
What's good too??? While scrolling thru FB this evening came upon a post from a friend of COB's... Seems Ted gave a .410 to be handed down and he gave an update on its progress... I copied the post too show you....

Hey COB, if you're looking down on this just wanted you to know this. The shotgun you gave me to give to a kid has become a hand me down four or five times over now. I saw the girls Dad that I gave it too. He said it is making the rounds with kids that can't afford a .410 and has a log book that goes with it to record all the kids that have owned it for a short period of time.

That's an awesome tribute too Ted..... That should put a smile on his face up there....
 
Someone should share these post with the guy who wrote on Ted's wall. He also deserves to know he brought smiles to our faces. Crazy how far a small gesture can go... "Pay it forward"
 
We moved in our house in September of 2009. I'm just now sorting through some stuff from then, while finding a home for stuff I've moved 100 times since move-in day. It's such a good feeling to find order! Hell, Milo gave me that vise almost a decade ago and she just found a home today!

For me, having a place to tinker is long over due, and TOO good!

Thats a nice setup. Im planning on doing that soon. I've been working on cleaning up my garage.
