I put a butchered deer in it along with some ice, 8 1/2 hour ride home and it’s still frozen solid....every package.
Frozen fish from AK to home...2 day trip, cheap-o Walmart cooler, frozen solid still...every piece. Also saves me $50 at the airport because the cooler itself isn’t over the baggage weight. 
I’m a believer in the RTIC products though, I just didn’t like your example. I carry one with me just like a lot of guys here.

I bought the Rtic cooler because I had a totally different experience. Plain old Coleman cooler filled with frozen deer meat packages with ice on top. Taped closed. 8 1/2 hours later I get home and the first thing I do is to get the meat in the freezer. Top packages are thawed. I had to put them in the fridge and cook them the next day. I always prechill my coolers before long uses, maybe this helps me. I also don’t leave any open spaces. How is this possible you might ask? I take the entire cooler and put it in my BIL chest freezer. As fish get filleted, the get put in the cooler. Helps me get the most I can fit into the cooler/coolers.

Rtic and yeti? Very little if any. I do have a soft cooler that is yeti and I think it’s the shit over soft coolers.
Then I have the ones from the Napa store. They good but probably not as insulated as the two above. Which is nice for a 20 qt. Who needs a dry 40# fucking drink cooler?

I’ve got a couple cheap ones, ozark and playmate. They’re good for some cold beers if you’re drinking them fairly quick. But if you’re doing a weekend you’ll be making multiple trips for ice.

Hell yea! Those will be some memories she'll never forget. I always think back to those nights out with my Dad and brother.

Mowed the yard, ran the leaf blower to clean up the cut grass, got the archery range painted up and looking good, tree trimmed, put down red mulch in the flower beds and watered them down. Now time to relax!
