I've been the archery counter at Bridgeport four times in 3 weeks between 11:30-1:30 and each time, it's been unmanned because they're "at lunch". Yet, the gun counter is never unmanned. They don't have what I need on the shelf, but I'm sure it's in their supplies for building arrows, so I know they can sell me some. I rarely if ever get pissy with retail associates, but I let the guy behind the gun counter have it today while I was putting stuff back that I now refuse to buy from them. They've upped their game with inventory, but their technical staff falls well short of expectations. And sadly, that's the archery service world just about everywhere you go. Even our good local shop, keeps shit hours because the tech has another job and travels to shoot. Got my blood pressure up today!
