Dang man, STT looks like he had been wounded or something. Walking really funny the way it looks to me. Pretty cool to get him rubbing on camera though! Thanks for sharing!

Nice buck vids Greg. Yeah, STT looks to have a really messed up left side. Pretty cool to see him hook that tree and shave it some. The other one has great brows! Thanks for sharing those.

He would be great with both sides but the left side being messed up gives him some good character.

It actually has me bummed out. I was looking forward to seeing how much he put on, if any this year. I know have 4 years of pictures of him also, but it is disappointing to see nothing buy a main beam on his left side...

Loved watching him rub on that tree and the 11 with massive brows gave me a chubby. Good luck Greg!

Another update:

10/23/2012 Morning, SE, 2.5h, 55F, Pump Jack Stand
Skunked

10/26/2012 Morning, S, 2h, 51F, Oak Flat
Turkeys to the NE, Skunked

As of 5am, the forecast is saying the rain is gonna hold off until around 11am. If I get home and it isn't raining, I'm gonna change and head in after Stickers. Winds out of the NE should be perfect for where I'm wanting to set up. Only thing that concerns me is getting in there without busting something out. I won't get home until 7, and I've gotta hang a stand, so the earliest I can be up a tree is probably 7:30.

Didn't make it out this morning as the rain was pouring down as I pulled in the drive. Would have loved to have been in a tree this evening, but had to come to work instead.

Same routine tomorrow morning, if it isn't raining, I will be heading for the woods.

Well, I've been watching the weather like a hawk, as I finish up on midnights tonight. Gonna take Kate to the doctor in the morning, then pick up my deer from the processor and head home to move a set or two in the rain and maybe hang a camera or two. Wednesday, the plan is to be on stand somewhere, just waiting to see what the winds are looking like. Thursday, I plan on setting up in an area looking to catch bucks out cruising and laying down scrapes after the rain. I've got Friday through Monday off also, and I'm working midnights Tuesday through Thursday, so I will be able to be in stand each of those mornings. Friday will start a five day break, before working two more days, then starting my 8 day break on the 16th.

I am itching to get in the woods so bad right now, and to be honest, I think Thursday and Friday are gonna be great days to bust a buck. Just gotta put a plan together over the next two days, and hope I can make it work!
