I caught a whole bunch of squid in Feb. I'm just now getting around to making some of it.

Awesome dude! I love calamari with a good spicy dip. It's a little different texture wise, but tasty as hell!

Fresh walleye in the fryer with homemade french fries fresh wilted lettuce fresh beets and fresh cucumber and onion. May even throw a few turkey strips in the fryer.
Being country folks we call the evening mean supper.
Had 3 day old spaghetti topped with 2 day old chili made with a meat mixture of 50-50 Italian hot sausage and home grown organic beef. Home killed to boot.
Topped with grated cheese and fresh chopped onions.
Life is good down on the farm.
Not dreaming but actual supper tonight.

I picked up 20 pounds of Strawberries today along with 12 pounds of sugar.

Made it to moms and I threw the burgers and sausage on the grill for supper. Ron and his family came down and we pigged out. Just wished Dad was here to join us...
I'm having a little trouble with the temp control on my grill - so I told the wife no burgers and dogs - tonight, it was breakfast for dinner.
Eggs over easy, bacon, hash browns, and biscuits with butter/blackberry jam.

That was last night. T-bones from cattle raised off our farm, fresh corn and garlic smashed red taters. Tonight I'm trying my first whole chicken. I injected it with a garlic vinaigrette, made my own dry rub and will use my new smoker box with some hickory chips. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
Tonight its gonna be sliced smoked sausage, with some sliced onions, peppers and zuccini on the grill with some toasted taters. I have a few Landsharks left to wash it down with:smiley_cheers:
Hickory dickory dock .... Pulled pork. I put this in the smoker this morning at 2 am. Took it out at 4 pm. & shredded it a few hours later. I'll let it sit untlil supper time TOOmorow.

My chicken was some of the best I've ever had, let alone made. Super juicy and the dry rub was spicy, just like I like it! Definitely a dish I'll do a few more times!!!
