I'll have to check it out when I get home. My biggest issue with it is some of vegetables, and other ingredients. I'm not real adventurous when it comes to veggies, I like the basics, corn, carrots, peas, greenbeans, but I'm not big on things like squash and asparagus and zucchini. One of the meal plans called for a few teaspoons of instant espresso as an ingredient for the chicken meal, as well as a blueberry dressing.

I know this sounds picky, but I'm not a picky eater. This is just out of my comfort zone. When I think of a salad, I think of your typical lettuce and veggie salad, not strawberries and almonds! I'm completely ok with eating chicken, tilapia, and salmon cooked on the griddle with some red pepper seasoning and that's it. I don't need a blueberry sauce...

I know I need to eat healthier, and I want to lose some weight as well, but this meal plan may be the death of me! lol

I feel you there Greg. My wife tries to cook healthier. She brought me a "salad" one time and I was hesitant. Took a bite and was pleasantly surprised. On the flip side, I don't cook. At all. She cooks a lot and is a very good cook. If Katie is a decent cook you might find some of it to be very tasty.

Zucchini and asparagus are two of my favorites. Lightly brush with olive oil, sprinkle on some garlic powder and s&p to taste. Grill to desired crispness. I like them to still bounce back to shape after being squeezed. My wife likes them cooked longer and mushier.

Spaghetti squash is awesome!

I will be so fuggin happy when this year is over! We can't catch a break, have had both hips replaced, which was good but my paycheck wasn't, then right before I go back to work the wife slips and falls at work and breaks her wrist. Now when things seems to be getting back to normal my mother in law has a massive brain hemmorage and my wife and her siblings have to make that horrible decision to remove her from the ventilator and let her pass, that was Thursday evening and as of this posting she is still hanging on. We can't seem to catch a break at all. Me and the wife was supposed to go camping this weekend and had reservations, I called them yesterday morning and explained our situation and asked if we could possibly change the dates or get a refund and was told by the lady who I was talking to at the campgrounds that there was no refunds or changing dates period! and that she couldn't believe if my mother in law was dieing I was calling her about camping, I came clear unglued on her! I let her know that she could take the money and shove it up her ass and that she would never have to worry about us coming there to ever camp and I would let everyone I know how I was treated there and not to camp there, so if you ever want to camp around Cambridge, I would put Spring valley campgrounds on the bottom of your list!! Sorry about the long post but I had to vent ! There I feel a little better now

BS tad. That is what that was. It isn't a holiday weekend. It is later in the camping season. I don't see why they would give you an issue. Even offering a refund less 1 day or something would be fair. No refund at all? No exchange of dates? No business from me either. That is BS. Sorry to hear it bud.

Maybe we should review their cancellation policy first then blast their page? I realize this can become a problem for some campgrounds which stay busy and are forced to enforce such policies at times. Generally speaking, I don't believe September is one of the "busy" camping months though. You would think they would have at least allowed him to reschedule as requested due to the unfortunate circumstances.

BS, blast the hell out of them. What kind of person questions someone's integrity over a dying relative. That's just low!

Still bullcrap......most campgrounds would at least try to help them out with an alternate date, heck even if it were the following weekend or something. Easiest thing to do is never go back and tell all your friends how they wouldn't help you out Tad....regardless of policies.

Thats the one J, all I can say is I understand a no refund policy and I would of been fine with that but when they acted like we was trying to make an excuse to just get out of it it was the straw that broke the camels back, we wont ever go there again and leave it at that, their attitude will be the demise of them if they act that way all the time anyways

They didn't believe him. We'll make them believe him. That was their decision.
