My custom 2nd year production Marlin 45-70. The barrel was cut down to 20" and the magazine tube was extended to the end of the barrel for one extra round. Also had a Pachmayr recoil pad installed. It has a Burris 4 power scope mounted.
I bought the rifle at least 25 yrs. ago as shown. It'll shoot 3 shot one hole groups at 50 yds. I used it years ago on crop permits. Took it to Canada on a bear hunt but no bear came in.

My new Izhmash Biathlon 7-2-KO in 22 Mag. It's a straight pull type of action. Know for extreme accuracy.
I just mounted a Tasco 4x32 scope with a post. I got the scope off a ML rifle I sold. Scope rings are Millet extended due to only the rear receiver ring has the scope base mounted. My new in house varmint rifle. I had a Mossberg 22 mag for a house rifle but I like this type much better. Just can bring myself to leave my 1200.00 H&K 300 22 mag auto setting around.

Wasn't planning on buying something like this but when I found it at a reasonable price it followed me home.

Winchester Big Bore 94 in .375 Win.

Nice looking gun Sam.... Where'd you get it? Is it legal for the PCR?

Found it on Gunbroker, but it sold for a couple hundred less then anything else listed. If they pass the law as proposed it'll be legal.

Goets talon: I wore out more than one Winchester catalog back in the day drooling over those Big Bores!!!! Nice find!!!!
back when these came out around '79 or '80 the gunshop I hung out at had one, I fell in love with it but had no use for it at that time.

Sam I believe I have a really good 375 caliber bullet mold if you are into lead bullets and reloading.

Does a bear shit in the woods Frank???? lol

Yes they do as I seen it in Canada. Maybe I'll get to see it again in Idaho in June. I might be going out when the 2 grandsons go bear hunting. A member at our local gunclub bought out the outfitter he guided for. I may try for a wolf or mountain lion. We'll see how it developes.
