OK fellas, here's the deal, one of the board memebers said he does not foresee it being a problem at all but he is going to clear it with the rest. Here is what we have to offer. He did say we might have to charge $5 or $10 a head just to log you in as guests and show it benefits the club. But, that fee gives you full access the entire weekend.

1. Shelter house with capabilities of using a generator and it is wired for lights. Also has brick stove for cooking. Picnic tables.
2. Trap range with a thrower that holds 500 clays
3. Full 3D range in the hardwoods. One long range target for Joe to lose arrows.
4. Camping area is prob not going to be the kids camp out by the lake, but instead where they hold national dog trials. Plenty of parking and fully accessible for guys with campers. Plenty of flat ground for tents. I'll post up a map pic here shortly.
5. Fully stocked bar at the clubhouse if anyone wishes to hang out in the AC for a peiod. You can ride a quad or drive to it in 5 minutes. All back gravel roads. no worries about DUI.
6. Can leave right from camp on quads and ride all over the place.
7. The camp sight is 300 yards from where I shot my first P7Y bow buck so I can tell the story repeatedly throughout the night and point and say "You Know What?" like Ric.
8. Rifle range

I will refrain from voting because I am open to anywhere. Really, I will NOT be offended if you guys choose someplace more centrally located. I live here, I see the place almost everyday, so it won't break my heart to travel.

Cardinal and state lands are going to have some hurdles with rules and regs that might become an issue as well as price is going to be much higher.

Cotty and Jesse's place is about the same drive time for me. Since I do not have a quad it would be nice to have the wide variety of other activities we could find at Cotty's place. Either place is fine with me but leaning more towards Cotty's hunt club.

Here is the campsite. Don't mind the road near it. It is a gravel township road that is only used by club members and the gas/oil trucks heading back to Jesse's pad. We can get as loud as we want. It's private ground! No houses around. You can see the shelter in there. There are also outhouses there, gravel "driveways" for campers. They just aren't in the pic because it's old. Only drawback is lack of shade trees. The shelter house will provide shade, but we would need plenty of canopy tents.

Here is the trap range and archery range. The yellow line is the 3d path.

Here is the overview of the whole area and the yellow outline is the "Creek Trail" for the quads. From my house it was always about 60 miles round trip. Leaving from the campsite, I believe it's about 20 miles of trail.
